When we pack your goods into there sealed Seafood boxes they are pack as tight as possible to limit movement while in transport.
Unfortunatly we do not ship door to door as we find shipping from airport to airport the safest way of transport as we don't have courier drivers throwing the items around.
Also we do have a free delivery policy to anyone that lives in our local area. Our local area covers All Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Hintherland, Gympie, Toowoomba, Kingaroy and north Gold Coast. However i do travel alot down south to as far as Coffs Harbor and as North as Gladstone so please email me to When ill be travelling to any parts near you so that you can recieve your goods at no freight costs.

$0-$100 is $60
$100-$200 is $50
$200-$300 is $40
$300-$400 is $30
Over $400 is Free delivery
Note: Free Delivery Excludes Perth. To ship to perth is a flat rate of $50 Per box Which can hold 20kg as per the limits of Seafood boxes.
Our Policy
Our policy to you is that there is 100% refund on any fish that arrive DOA (dead on arrival) if there is a issue with the fish that you may think will effect its health in anyway, please contact us via by email or phone call so we can keep a eye on it over the next 72 hours to see how the fish goes. If there is no contact with in 5 hours of the fish arriving there are no refunds or credits we will automatically think that the fish etc are all ok.
With any cancelled orders there is a 5% admin fee that you have taken off you price originally paid. Reason for this is that any orders process via PayPal includes a 5% fee of the total amount. This is a fee that PayPal charge not us. If you decided to Pay via direct deposit the fee is not applicable.
