Shipping:

Upon purchasing anything from our website you will receive a email with in 24 hours, in this email we will give details of when the items will be shipped to you either via AusPost platinum express or via airport delivery from either Toll Air Express or Australian Air Express.
To some areas we can send via follow mount couriers and also fast ways.

To who we send live stock through is by our choice as we believe what we choose is what's best to insure you get your items the fastest way possible
Freight charges are as follows:

AusPost platinum express is $20 per 5kg bag including packaging

Via AAE or toll it will be a flat charge of $40 to major airports and $75 for regional airports with a supporting AAE service

Via Followmount transport will be $40


 
Our Policy:

We have a DOA policy on everything that gets sent to airports however this does not apply by going via any other form of freight or transport

AusPost and followmount guarantee a next day delivery and to date have yet to have a reported death on anything sold through our store.
